The machinery coal machine is set in down of injection between heating section and pre-heating section. Its discharge of fume could reach national standard GB9078-1996 (except SO2 ).

2. Coal-fired machine: Chain type coal-fired machine is designed according to heat working characteristics and mature technology. It is of stable burning, complete burning, low smoke content and low failure rate and of other features.

3. The front section of furnace is 6 to 8 meters long stainless steel pipe of heat resistance property; To make use of heat energy of gas discharged from furnace fully to enhance pre-heating temperature of steel wire, to decrease temperature of gas discharged, and to reduce consumption of fuel.

4. To set cleanout opening at proper position of furnace to clean furnace.
5. It is possible to place independent heating device melting lead in lead furnace.

6. Heat preservation by electricity could be set in lead furnace, the same with inside air cooling device and outside air cooling device to guarantee stable lead temperature.

7. The heat-treatment furnace controlling system adopts PLC, which is of manual-automatic inter-conversion function. The temperature control adopts digital display intelligent instrument which could record furnace temperature and lead temperature automatically.
