Main features:

1. Adopts open fire heating in countercurrent; The furnace is separated into preheating section, heating section and soaking section. These three sections are independent and affect each other in heat supply.

2. The heat supply section adopts completely hot air burning technology according to heating characteristics of steel wire.

3. Special oil charging model and fixed-volume pump controlling; Oil charging volume and air volume are controlled by computer precisely, which keeps stable temperature, steady coefficient ¦Á of every section, precise ambience controlling, and decreases burst loss rate in oxygenation;

4. It adopts high-efficient afterheat recycling device, which could recycle gas afterheat maximally, decrease discharging temperature of gas, improve heat efficiency of furnace and reduce fuel consumption.

5. Cable troughs settled in incoming and outgoing place, which is convenient for threading and cable routing, also could avoid cable stranding.

6. There is wire supporting comb set in entrance of lead furnace, which guarantees even distribution of steel wire in lead furnace and avoid wire twisting. Besides, the sealing protection cover placed in the entrance could protect steel wire from re-oxidization.

7. The controlling system of heat treatment furnace adopts PLC as downer machine's controlling; The upper machine supervise and control heat working coefficient of furnace; It could store data, consult data, print, and pigeonhole, and of other functions.
